Product Return Information
The FIVE-MARINE.COM marine shop follows Directive 83/2011/EU of the European Parliament and the Council regarding consumer rights. Below, you can find the key details about your rights to return products.
Consumer Rights for Returning or Exchanging a Product
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without the obligation to state the reason for your decision, provided the items have not been used and their packaging is intact. If the customer has attempted to repair the product themselves or has damaged it, the right to return does not apply.
You can return your order within 14 days from the purchase date if:
The product does not match the described specifications or parameters provided by the manufacturer;
The product is returned using the same courier services as the ones used for delivery;
The product is in complete condition and its appearance is not altered or damaged;
The package is accompanied by all related documents.
In case of a return or exchange of a product that is not defective or does not match the description, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Defective Product Return
In the event of a defective product, we commit to replacing it with a new one according to the manufacturer's warranty conditions or refunding the full amount paid no later than 30 business days from the date you, as the consumer, exercised your right of withdrawal.
Product Return Period
The period for returning a product expires after the 14 calendar days have passed, starting from the first day. The first day is defined as:
The date of delivery;
If your order contains multiple products, the first day is considered the day the last product of the order was delivered.

If the order was paid with a credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to the account linked to your card. If you paid by another method, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer to an account of your choice.

Product Exchange:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, you must follow the conditions mentioned above. Contact a representative of FIVE-MARINE.COM at +359 879 233 558 and they will assist you in choosing the correct size or model and inform you if the desired product is available.
Refund:
You will be informed when the product arrives at our warehouse. Once we check the returned products, we will notify you if all conditions for the return have been met. If you chose a bank transfer for the refund, we will inform you once the payment has been processed.
