Housings: impact-resistant polycarbonate or ABS for rigidity, UV stability and crack resistance; low-profile flush/flange or compact surface-mount formats.

Conductive parts: high-conductivity copper contacts and nickel-plated brass removable keys/pins for low contact resistance and strong corrosion resistance in marine environments.

Fasteners & springs: stainless-steel hardware/springs on selected models for long-term anti-corrosion performance.

Sealing & protection: water-protected keys and sealing caps keep spray and dirt out; selected models are ignition-protected (ISO 8846 / EN 28846) and CE compliant.

Mounting & serviceability: internal/external fitments, flush (flange) mounts, compact 68–72 mm panels, and robust stud connections (e.g., M10 on heavy-duty units) for secure cable lugs.
