Delivery Terms for Products Ordered from FIVE-MARINE.COM
The delivery of goods ordered from FIVE-MARINE.COM is carried out by the courier company Econt Express. The amount due for delivery will be automatically calculated, based on applicable discounts in the FIVE-MARINE.COM store (e.g., FREE DELIVERY) and the current rates of the courier company. The total amount due for the transaction will be finalized after calculating the delivery costs and receiving confirmation from the Customer.
1. Deliveries within the Territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
"TO DOOR" – You specify a specific address where it will be convenient for you to meet the courier for the delivery of the package and payment of the due amount. This address may be either residential or business, depending on your preference.
"TO OFFICE" – Delivery to the office of the courier company. You may collect the package at a time convenient for you from one of the courier offices. The working hours of most Econt Express offices are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday until 1:00 PM). A 24-hour office is available in Sofia at 9 Rezbarska Street, Hadji Dimitar District, where you can collect your package at any time of the day or night, even after midnight.
Important: All orders dispatched from FIVE-MARINE.COM include an option for the recipient to inspect the package and pay the cash on delivery only if the goods are accepted. Please keep this in mind when choosing the delivery address to ensure your convenience in inspecting the goods.
Before signing for the package and making the payment, please ensure that the goods are not damaged during transport and that the packaging is intact. If any damage is observed, you are entitled to request a Damage Report from the courier.
In case of any issues with receiving the package, please contact us for assistance before signing that you accept the package and refrain from paying the cash on delivery until the matter is resolved. If you are unable to reach us, please indicate the reason for refusing the package on the consignment note.
The cost of returning goods purchased from the online store is the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is required to inspect the contents of the package and verify that it matches the ordered goods before signing the consignment note and paying the due amount.
2. Deliveries Outside the Territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
Deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are available upon agreement.
3. Delivery Timeframes
For products labeled "In stock" – 1 to 3 working days, starting from the day after the order confirmation.
For products labeled "Delivery within 5 working days" – 3 to 5 working days, depending on the planned orders from our suppliers at the time of the purchase.
For products labeled "On request" – As agreed upon. Delivery within 10 working days.
For products labeled "Out of stock" – The product is permanently out of stock
All items available for direct purchase are those that we maintain in stock. In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, a staff member will contact you.
