This premium flush-mount deck filler with a 30° angled neck is designed for convenient installation on sloping deck surfaces. It is crafted from high-grade AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a stylish appearance. The filler mounts flush with the deck, minimizing trip hazards and giving a clean, finished look to your boat.
The unit is available in multiple versions – with cap markings “Fuel” (for fuel – gasoline or diesel), “Water” (for fresh water) or “Waste” (for holding tank waste), depending on the type of tank it serves. The 30° angle of the neck makes it easier to insert the fill hose during refueling, particularly on angled decks, allowing the hose to connect more directly without kinking. The cap opens using a universal deck key (standard four-prong key), providing easy access while also preventing accidental or unwanted opening.
Two neck inlet sizes are offered: Ø38 mm (1½″) and Ø50 mm (2″), corresponding to standard hose diameters for fuel and water/waste lines. The larger 50 mm size is suitable for tanks on bigger vessels or for faster filling/emptying (for example, diesel fuel or waste pump-out), whereas the 38 mm size is standard for most medium and smaller boats (fuel and water systems).
- Available Types: Choose a cap labeled “Fuel” for fuel tanks (gasoline or diesel), “Water” for fresh water tanks, or “Waste” for holding (black water) tanks. This ensures each deck fill is clearly identified and used correctly.
- Installation: Suitable for deck thickness up to ~15 mm (check neck length). Requires a circular cutout slightly larger than the neck diameter (flange is approx. Ø76 mm for the 38 mm model and Ø88 mm for the 50 mm model). A gasket is included to seal between the flange and deck for a watertight fit.
- Security: The key-operated cap deters easy access by unauthorized people and keeps the tank secure. Note: This deck filler does not have a built-in lock, but its cap requires the special key for opening (universal deck fill key).
- Maintenance: Periodically lubricate the cap threads with silicone grease and clean the polished surface to maintain its sheen. After refueling, rinse the area with fresh water, especially if any fuel was spilled, to preserve the finish and prevent dirt buildup.
