This universal adjustable wiper arm is designed for boats and yachts with smaller windshields where reliable wiping is essential for clear vision. The arm’s variable length feature allows precise matching to your windshield’s height and the blade used. It is made of a durable metal alloy and features a stainless steel tip, ensuring the blade attachment point won’t corrode or loosen even after extended use in saltwater.

The lightweight arm construction reduces strain on the wiper motor, contributing to a longer lifespan for the entire system. This arm is compatible with a wide range of standard wiper blades – typically 28 cm or 33 cm in length – and can be used both to replace an old arm or when setting up a new wiper system on your vessel. Installation is straightforward: the arm attaches to the motor shaft via a universal splined/tapered connector and secures with the provided screw. The length is adjusted through a telescoping section with a locking bolt, allowing you to set the desired wiping reach.

• Model 01438-11 (15.5–25.5 cm): Ideal for very small windshields or wind deflectors on boats around 3–5 m long. The shorter arm length is perfect for compact areas and provides sufficient pressure with an ~28 cm blade to effectively clear a smaller surface.
• Model 01438-14 (19.5–33 cm): Recommended for medium-sized boats (5–7 m) with wider or taller windshields. The extended range accommodates an ~33 cm blade, covering a larger portion of the glass and ensuring better visibility in rainfall.
• Universal Compatibility: Both variants use a standard shaft connector compatible with most 12V wiper motors on the market. This makes it easy to integrate them into existing systems or swap in as replacements without additional modifications.
• Maintenance: Thanks to the stainless components, the arm requires minimal upkeep – just an occasional rinse with fresh water to remove salt and a check on the set screws for tightness will keep it in top shape.
