Boat Seat Cushion – Removable UV-Resistant Pad (3 Sizes)
This cushion transforms a hard boat seat into a comfortable place to sit, while being tough enough to endure harsh marine conditions. The cover is made from special marine vinyl that won’t degrade under sun or salt – the color stays vibrant and the material won’t crack. The interior features high-quality foam that is closed-cell and won’t soak up water, drying quickly so even if a wave splashes it, the cushion remains usable.
The cushion attaches and detaches easily, allowing you to stow it away when the boat is not in use or to clean it if it gets dirty. It fits perfectly on the corresponding storage-seat models (EVAL 04874 series) and can also be used on other similar benches or seat boxes. Available Sizes and Uses:
- 03568-1: Dimensions 58 x 38.5 x 6 cm. Designed for a single seat (seat code 04874-1) – a classic captain’s chair with storage compartment. Ideal for pilot chairs or helm seats in boats around 15–17 ft. It secures firmly and provides comfort during long periods of steering or navigation.
- 03568-2: Dimensions 98 x 35 x 6 cm. Made for a double bench seat (code 04874-2) – a wide cushion covering a two-person locker seat or bench. Suitable for boats ~18–23 ft that have double console seats or aft benches. It turns a hard bench into a cozy seat for two, like a small sofa on your boat.
- 03568-3: Dimensions 82 x 35 x 6 cm. Intended for a medium-sized seat or narrower double seat (code 04874-3). Used in specific setups – for example, a flip-back seat or a compact two-person bench. It’s a great choice for boats where space is tight but you still want a comfortable pad for two people.
All versions come in a neutral marine color that matches typical boat upholstery (usually white or light gray vinyl, which doesn’t overheat in the sun). Recommendations: Despite the materials’ durability, rinse the cushion with fresh water after use in saltwater to preserve the vinyl and stitching. When not in use for long periods, store it in a ventilated area. These cushions greatly improve on-board comfort – no more sliding or sun-scorched plastic seats, making your boating outings more enjoyable and relaxing.
