Honda BF150D 150HP 4-Stroke Outboard Engine
The BF150D’s 2.2L 4-cylinder engine is a robust, DOHC (16-valve) design with advanced features. VTEC provides smooth power from low to high RPMs, and the camshaft profile and intake design maximize torque. It includes Honda’s BLAST system for enhanced low-end acceleration and an optimized gearcase for performance. Lean Burn Control allows the engine to run with a leaner mixture during cruise, improving fuel consumption. A 55-amp alternator and full corrosion protection keep the power flowing in all conditions. Combined with a five-year warranty and proven Honda build (sharing parts with Accord/CRV), the BF150D offers a high-power output with quiet, efficient operation.
