Battery Master Switches

Built for salt, vibration and heat, our marine battery master switches use materials chosen for longevity and safe current handling:

• Housings: impact-resistant polycarbonate or ABS for rigidity, UV stability and crack resistance; low-profile flush/flange or compact surface-mount formats. 
• Conductive parts: high-conductivity copper contacts and nickel-plated brass removable keys/pins for low contact resistance and strong corrosion resistance in marine environments.
• Fasteners & springs: stainless-steel hardware/springs on selected models for long-term anti-corrosion performance. 
• Sealing & protection: water-protected keys and sealing caps keep spray and dirt out; selected models are ignition-protected (ISO 8846 / EN 28846) and CE compliant. 
• Mounting & serviceability: internal/external fitments, flush (flange) mounts, compact 68–72 mm panels, and robust stud connections (e.g., M10 on heavy-duty units) for secure cable lugs. 
• Operating envelope: options for 12/24/48 V systems with continuous/peak ratings up to 300 A cont. and 2,500 A peak on heavy-duty models; 1-2-BOTH selectors use make-before-break internals for smooth switching.
