EVAL Boat Console Cover – Waterproof 300D Polyester, 4 Sizes
This EVAL console cover is designed to keep your boat’s helm dry and protected in all seasons. Crafted from premium 300D polyester with a double polyurethane coating, it is thoroughly waterproof while remaining resistant to tearing and UV radiation. The seams are internally tape-sealed at the factory to prevent any water seepage through stitch holes. A built-in elastic cord with toggle is sewn into the hem, allowing quick and tight cinching around the console’s base. Even in high winds or during towing, the cover stays securely in place and won’t billow or blow off.
We offer 4 sizes to accommodate different console dimensions (height and width) for an optimal fit:
- Size S (code 04590-1): approx. 55 cm width, 45 cm depth, 115 cm front height (90 cm back). Suits small consoles on inflatables and runabouts about 3–4.5 m in boat length. Example: small RIBs or dinghies with low-profile consoles – this cover will snugly wrap over the wheel and dashboard.
- Size M (code 04590-2): approx. 85 cm width, 75 cm depth, 90 cm front height (65 cm back). Made for wider but lower consoles often found on boats ~4.5–5.5 m (e.g. medium RIBs and open boats). This size fully covers the broader console and instruments without excess fabric.
- Size L (code 04590-3): approx. 65 cm width, 70 cm depth, 120 cm front height (105 cm back). Ideal for tall, narrow consoles with windscreens on boats around 5–6 m. Example: center consoles on fishing boats with taller steering pods – the size L will envelop the console from the top of the windshield down to the controls.
- Size XL (code 04590-4): approx. 70 cm width, 90 cm depth, 140 cm front height (100 cm back). The largest size, fitting big center-consoles on 6–7+ m boats. It provides full coverage even for wide consoles with high windshields and extended helm stations.
Usage & Benefits: The cover is easy to use – simply drape it over the console and tighten the bottom drawstring with the built-in cord lock. It hugs the console securely, shielding your electronics, gauges, and console upholstery from sun-fade and damage. In rain, your instruments stay dry; during winter storage, the cover blocks dust and grime. Removal is just as quick – loosen the cord and lift off the cover, which can then be folded compactly for storage.
