This 300D inflatable boat cover is designed to fit perfectly and protect your boat when it’s out of the water. It’s made by Osculati, a renowned Italian marine accessories brand, which assures high quality and durability. The cover’s fabric is heavy (300 denier) polyester with a polyurethane coating on the inside. This combination guarantees complete waterproofing – rainwater beads and rolls off the surface without seeping through. At the same time, the material is breathable enough to avoid trapping moisture underneath, which is important to prevent mold and mildew from developing on your boat.

The cover is UV-resistant, so it won’t break down or fade under intense sun exposure. All seams are double-stitched for extra strength, and for additional water resistance, the seams are internally taped. Around the entire hem of the cover is an integrated elastic cord – similar to a fitted bed sheet – which allows the cover to hug the tubes/gunnels of the inflatable boat snugly. Thanks to this elastic edge, installation is extremely easy: you simply stretch the cover over the boat and it automatically contracts around it.

For cases of high winds or when extra security is needed, there are built-in metal rings (eyelets) around the perimeter. You can thread a rope or bungee cords through these rings to tie the cover down to the trailer, dock, or another anchor point. This ensures that even in a storm, the cover will stay in place.

We offer the cover in two sizes:

  • Size A (Osculati code 46.501.01): designed for boats approximately 2.4 to 3.2 meters in length (8–10.5 feet). This size fits smaller inflatables, row dinghies, or small RIBs, covering both the tubes and the transom completely.
  • Size B (Osculati code 46.501.02): designed for boats roughly 3.2 to 3.8 meters long (10.5–12.5 feet). Perfect for larger inflatables, RIBs with rigid floors, or tenders in this range – the cover is cut larger to encompass the entire boat, potentially including a small outboard motor up to about 5–6 HP.

Both sizes are designed with some universal fit in mind – the cover is sufficiently flexible to accommodate varying beam widths and shapes, thanks to the elastic hem and extra side material height. It drapes over the boat down to around the midpoint of the hull/tubes, protecting the interior from rain, leaves, dust, and bird droppings. This will greatly extend the life of your boat’s material and any accessories inside (seats, oars, fuel tanks), because you won’t be dealing with constant cleaning and drying before each use.

Usage: The cover can be easily put on by one person – start at the bow, pull it back over the boat towards the stern, as the elastic edge “grips” the hull. Tuck the elastic under any protrusions (cleats, handles) to ensure a snug fit. If you’re leaving the boat outdoors for a long time or towing it, it’s recommended to run a rope through the eyelets under the boat and tighten it. The Osculati 300D cover will keep your inflatable like new – no pools of water inside, no sun-fading of the material, and no tedious cleaning each time you want to go out. When not in use, the cover folds up neatly and can be stored in a bag.
