T-Top Console Cover – Grey Waterproof Cover (2 Universal Sizes)

This T-top console cover is designed to safeguard your helm station and its equipment when your boat is not in use. It’s specifically tailored for boats with a T-top (the fixed canopy over the console): the cover functions like a “hood” that envelops the console from the front, sides, and back, and also drapes over the helm seat or leaning post behind the console. It’s made from high-quality 100% polyester fabric weighing 260 g/m² – this material is heavy-duty enough to resist abrasion and sudden wind gusts, yet breathable to help prevent condensation underneath. A polyurethane (PU) coating is added to render the fabric fully waterproof while also protecting it from UV rays, extending its lifespan (it won’t crack or fade easily). The color is a neutral grey – it complements most boat schemes and doesn’t attract excessive heat.

Design & Fastening: The cover is built for convenience – one side is open (at the lower rear) so you can easily “slip” it over the console from top to bottom. Once it’s in place, a side zipper with large teeth (made of corrosion-proof plastic) runs vertically to close it up, fitting the canvas around the T-top supports and the front of the console. At the top, just beneath the T-top roof, there is an integrated elastic drawcord that you can tighten to prevent the cover from sliding down or water from seeping in at the top edge. At the bottom, around and under the seat, there are built-in elastic straps with adjustable buckles – these secure the bottom edge of the cover around the seat base or console base, ensuring a snug fit and stability in windy conditions. In this way, the console and seat end up completely enclosed, like in a “bag,” shielded on all sides.

Sizes & Compatibility:

• The cover comes in two sizes – Medium and Large:
  • Medium (code 48.189.02): suited for small to medium consoles. Approx. Length 1200 mm, Width 1500 mm, Height 1800 mm. Use case example: boats 17–22 feet (5–6.5 m) where the console width (including any grab rails) is up to 1.5 m. It covers a console with steering wheel, dash, windshield, and a double bench seat behind it.
  • Large (code 48.189.03): designed for big consoles. Approx. Length 1200 mm, Width 1830 mm, Height 1800 mm. This cover is wider to accommodate wide center consoles or those with additional side seating. Example boats: 22–28+ feet with a large center console, twin or wide leaning-post seat, and an extra-wide helm station (up to ~1.83 m width).
• Both versions have about 1.8 m height, which is standard for covering from the deck up to just above the seat back on most T-top boats. If your T-top is taller, the cover will secure below its roof, protecting the entire console and seating area underneath.

Functionality & Benefits: This cover solves the problem of protecting expensive electronics (GPS, fishfinders, gauges) and upholstered areas of your console. In rain or when washing – it prevents water from seeping into electronics or storage compartments; against dust and UV – it keeps surfaces like new, avoiding sun fading and cracking; against birds or falling leaves – it keeps the console clean from droppings and debris. Additionally, when your boat is on a trailer or moored, the cover conceals items that might attract theft (radios, instruments) and keeps them out of sight.

Installation & Storage: One person can easily put it on in 2–3 minutes. Simply climb by the console, pull the cover down over the top and around the seat. Zip it up and tighten the straps – that’s it. When it’s time to head out on the water, the cover comes off quickly; it folds up to a reasonably compact bundle that can be stowed under a seat or in a compartment. The 260g fabric can be folded repeatedly without damage.
