Solas Amita 4 Aluminum Propeller 9.25x9 for Suzuki 8–20 HP
The Solas Amita 4 9.25x9 propeller offers balanced performance for 8–20 HP outboards. With one step higher pitch than the 8" version, this prop still delivers excellent holeshot thrust while allowing a higher cruising speed on lighter boats. It maintains quality construction – the aluminum body is reinforced by Solas’s squeeze-casting process, and a special coating protects against corrosion.
On moderately loaded boats, the Solas Amita 4 9.25x9 provides an optimal compromise between strong acceleration and efficient speed. It suits small RIBs and fishing boats where an 8" pitch might be too low and a 10" too high. With the 9" prop, a boat can plane quickly and stay stable during maneuvers, without a significant loss in top speed.
- Recommended for ~3–4.5 m boats with moderate load, needing both thrust and speed
- Great choice if an 8" prop lets the engine over-rev, but a 10" prop bogs down acceleration – 9" is a mid-range solution
