The Solas Amita 3 9.25x11 aluminum propeller is an excellent choice for replacing or upgrading the original prop on small outboard engines in the 8–20 HP range. Manufactured with Solas’s advanced squeeze casting technology, this prop is stronger and more durable than conventional aluminum props. With its three blades and 11-inch pitch, it delivers quick acceleration and a high top speed on lightweight boats and RIBs. The special multi-layer coating protects the propeller from corrosion in both fresh and salt water.

This propeller is optimal for fast inflatables, fishing skiffs, and other vessels around 3–4 meters in length powered by 8–20 HP engines. On lighter boats (with minimal load), the 11" pitch allows achieving higher speeds without exceeding the engine’s optimal RPM. It is recommended when your current lower-pitch propeller lets the engine hit maximum RPM too easily – switching to this 11" prop will increase planing speed and improve fuel efficiency.
