The Raymarine Type 1 12V hydraulic pump provides a universal solution for autopilot steering on medium-sized boats running on 12 volts. Designed for hydraulic systems with cylinder volumes around 80 – 230 cc, this pump covers a wide range of motorboats and sailing yachts.

As a 12-volt version, the Type 1 is ideal for most standard onboard power setups. It delivers roughly 1000 cc/min of hydraulic fluid flow, enabling quick rudder shifts during maneuvers and course corrections. With its rugged design and max pressure of 50 bar, the pump ensures steady course holding even when the steering system is under significant load (for example, in strong winds or heavy seas).

The Type 1 (12V) integrates with the Raymarine ACU-150 or ACU-200 control units – the controllers used in Evolution autopilot systems for mid-size vessels. The pump is built from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials, making it reliable for long-term use in saltwater conditions.
