Type 2 24V Hydraulic Pump

The Raymarine Type 2 24V hydraulic pump delivers powerful autopilot steering for large vessels with 24-volt systems. It is designed for hydraulic steering rams around 230 – 350 cc, typical of big yachts and commercial boats.

Thanks to its 24V power, this pump operates even more efficiently on larger vessels by reducing current draw and strain on the electrical system. The Type 2 24V provides approximately 2000 cc/min flow, enabling fast rudder movement and precise course corrections even on big boats. A maximum pressure of about 100 bar ensures the pump can handle the high loads of large hydraulic systems.

The Type 2 (24V) pairs with the Raymarine ACU-400, the control module for Raymarine’s top-tier Evolution autopilots. Integration is straightforward and reliable, allowing the system to deliver professional-level control.
