The Raymarine T111 Wireless Dual Digital Display enables you to monitor two different data sets simultaneously on one instrument, without the need for any wiring. As part of the wireless Micronet range, the T111 is solar-powered and communicates via radio signals, making it extremely flexible in terms of installation and use. For example, you could configure the top line of the display to show boat speed and the bottom line to show water depth, or any other combination of data (like true wind speed and angle, or heading and VMG to a waypoint), depending on what information is most critical at a given time. In essence, it replaces two separate instruments by combining their functions into one, saving space on your instrument panel.

  • Two values at once: The T111 presents two lines of data concurrently in large, easy-to-read text – each line features ~20 mm tall digits for clarity. The display is highly configurable: for instance, approaching shallow waters you might set the top line to depth and the bottom line to speed or GPS course. During a race, you could have the top line show wind speed and the bottom line show wind angle or VMG to the next mark. This multi-data capability means the crew can get the crucial information at a single glance, without toggling between screens – a significant advantage in fast-paced situations.
  • Completely wireless & solar: Like the T110 model, the T111 is entirely powered by its integrated solar panel and has an internal battery providing up to 300 hours of operation in darkness. By day, the unit self-charges, and by night it runs off stored energy. You never have to worry about replacing batteries or connecting it to the boat’s electrical system – the instrument is self-sufficient and always ready. Data is received wirelessly from Tacktick transmitters (such as the T121 hull transmitter for speed/depth or T120 wind transmitter), meaning there are zero sensor-to-display cables.
  • Superior readability: The T111’s dual-line LCD is high-contrast and offers strong backlighting, ensuring visibility in bright sunlight as well as at night. With three backlight levels, you can adjust the brightness to suit conditions – for instance, a faint red glow for nighttime passages to preserve night vision, or a higher brightness for dusk or dawn. The 20 mm digits on each line are big enough to be read from across the cockpit, which is important if the display is mounted up the mast or away from the helm.
  • Flexible mounting & usage: Weighing only around 230 grams and requiring no wires, the T111 can be mounted virtually anywhere – on a cabin bulkhead, in the cockpit, on the mast (often used as a mast display for crew on deck), etc. It can function as a primary display, receiving data directly from wireless sensors, or as a repeater, mirroring information generated by another wireless display or interface (useful if you have more than one viewing station). In a Tacktick system, each display can be configured to repeat information for maximum flexibility. For example, you might have one T111 at the helm and another on the mast, both showing the same critical data or different data as needed.
  • Integration with wired systems: If you wish to integrate the wireless system with existing NMEA 0183/2000 electronics, Raymarine offers a wireless interface (T122) that can bridge data between the wireless network and wired instruments. This allows the T111 to display information from a GPS or autopilot if those are fed into the system via the interface. It creates a seamless connection between traditional and modern instrument setups onboard. Naturally, the T111 is fully compatible with other Micronet wireless displays – for example, it’s commonly used alongside the T112 analog wind display, with one showing speed/depth and the other showing wind information, giving a comprehensive picture of sailing conditions.
