Raymarine ST800/P120 Low-Profile Thru-Hull Speed/Temperature Sensor

Code:
E25025
  • Plastic thru-hull sensor (P120 low-profile housing) for measuring boat speed through water and water temperature.
  • Low-profile design (requires 2″ diameter hull hole) sits flush with the hull to minimize drag and turbulence.
  • Retractable insert allows removal of the speed/temperature module for cleaning or service; a blanking plug is included to seal the hull when the transducer is removed.
  • Suitable for fiberglass and aluminum hulls; not recommended for wooden boats due to wood expansion.
  • Compatible with Raymarine ST40/60/70 legacy instruments and modern i40, i50, i70 (via iTC-5); includes a 20 m (65 ft) cable with spade connectors for easy hookup.
Price: €25513 49899лв.

  • The ST800/P120 is Raymarine’s standard plastic through-hull sensor for measuring speed through water and temperature. It installs through the hull bottom in a low-profile P120 housing, meaning it sits almost flush with the hull and creates very little drag while the boat is underway.
  • With built-in digital signal processing, this “smart” sensor provides accurate boat speed readings (from approximately 2 up to 45 knots) and offers a fast response to changes in water temperature. This ensures the crew receives timely and reliable information about the water conditions during a voyage.
  • The design allows the transducer to be retracted: the internal speed/temperature insert is seated in a fixed sleeve with O-rings and can be pulled out. A blanking plug is included to insert into the housing when the transducer is removed – preventing water ingress through the hull during cleaning or when the boat is out of the water.
  • The ST800/P120 is suitable for solid fiberglass or aluminum hulls up to about 16 mm (5/8″) thick. It is not recommended for wooden boats, as wood can swell and put pressure on the plastic housing, potentially compromising the seal. The required hole diameter for installation is 51 mm (2 inches).
  • This sensor comes with a 20-meter (65-foot) cable ending in 1/8″ spade connectors for straightforward connection to Raymarine instruments. It can connect directly to older ST40 and ST60+ displays (and with the appropriate pod, to ST70), or interface via the iTC-5 converter for integration into modern i70 multifunction display systems. Raymarine provides a standard 2-year warranty for this product, extendable to 3 years upon registration.
