This PVC bimini base is specifically designed for inflatable boats, allowing you to attach a sun canopy (bimini top) without any drilling. It is made of high-quality PVC material that glues securely to the boat’s tube (for PVC-coated fabrics) and resists UV exposure and saltwater. Its generous 9x7 cm footprint distributes load across the surface, protecting the inflatable tube and ensuring the canopy frame stays stable.

Installation is straightforward – glue the base onto the boat’s tube using a proper PVC adhesive (not included), then attach the canopy’s tube end into the base. The quick-release insert/pin system lets you set up or remove your bimini top within seconds, which is very convenient for transporting the boat, packing it away, or adjusting to changing weather. The base is compatible with standard Ø22 mm canopy poles, covering most small-boat folding sunshade frames.

For inflatable boats: Ideal for RIBs and dinghies around 2.5–4.5 m long that lack a hard surface for mounting a sunshade.
Easy operation: When you need shade, simply glue two bases to your boat’s tubes and install the canopy; when not in use, pull the pin to detach the frame quickly.
Usage tips: Use a quality PVC adhesive and properly prepare (clean/prime) the surface before gluing for the strongest bond. (Note: Not for Hypalon boats – use the appropriate Hypalon base for those.)
