Manual Thermal Circuit Breakers (2-Terminal, 5A/10A/15A, Push-Button Reset)

Code:
01377-1

Compact manual reset circuit breakers with two terminals (insert type) available in 5A, 10A, and 15A ratings. These small push-button breakers act like fuses that can be reset with a press – once tripped, they open the circuit until you manually reset them. Ideal for auxiliary circuits in vehicles and boats; plug into certain fuse holders or panels for convenient circuit protection.

These small 2-terminal manual circuit breakers provide reliable overcurrent protection with the convenience of a push-button reset. Offered in three amperage ratings – 5A, 10A, and 15A – they are designed to be inserted into compatible holders or connected via two screw terminals. When the current exceeds the breaker’s rating, the internal thermal mechanism trips and opens the circuit. The breaker will remain off (open) until the built-in reset button is pressed to manually restore the circuit. This makes it easy to reactivate the circuit after addressing the cause of the overload, without needing to replace anything. Each breaker is a small, self-contained unit suitable for 12V DC systems, often used in accessory circuits (e.g., lights, pumps, electronics) on boats, cars, trucks, or RVs. Their compact size and simple two-prong design (sometimes referred to as circuit breaker switches or cycle breakers) allow them to be used in fuse blocks or custom panels. For example, they can be combined with certain waterproof switch panels as resettable fuses. The housing is typically plastic with a cap over the reset button. These breakers are not only practical but also add safety – you can deliberately use the reset button as a switch to disconnect a circuit if needed. Use the 5A for low-current loads, 10A or 15A for medium loads. With these manual breakers, you get quick recovery from electrical faults and a longer service life than one-time fuses, making them a smart choice for critical circuits that you want to be up and running again at the push of a button.
