This Ø65mm inflatable boat valve is designed for fast inflation and deflation of large air volumes. The larger valve size (65mm outer flange diameter) provides higher airflow, which significantly reduces the time needed to pump up bigger boats and inflatable tubes. The valve is a Bravo-style unit – a widely adopted standard on RIB inflatables and large dinghies. It features a flush-mounted profile, sitting nearly level with the tube’s surface to avoid any protrusion that could snag or trip.

The valve comes with a screw-on cap with built-in tabs, making it easy to grip and twist off, even with wet hands. Under the cap lies the internal valve mechanism: to deflate, you press down and give the internal stem a 90° turn, locking it in the open position. In this open state, air can freely escape from the chamber. To return the valve to inflation mode, simply press and twist the stem back until it pops up – at that point the one-way check valve closes again, allowing air to only go in. This push-and-turn system prevents accidental opening and ensures the valve stays securely closed during operation.

Constructed from high-quality marine-grade plastic, the valve withstands prolonged UV exposure and saltwater without cracking or degrading. It typically comes in grey or black to match the boat’s color scheme. Installation requires a cut-out of roughly 45–50mm diameter (for the threaded portion), while the Ø65mm flange seats flush against the surface. The assembly usually includes two parts – an inner piece and an outer piece – that screw together, sandwiching the boat’s fabric between them for an air-tight seal.
