The port-side navigation light (red, 112.5°) is designed to mark the port side of vessels up to 12 meters long. Made from mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel, this light offers a modern look and outstanding durability in marine environments. Its 112.5° red beam clearly indicates the vessel’s left side at night or in low visibility – a crucial factor in preventing collisions.
The rugged stainless steel housing provides excellent resistance to corrosion and reliably shields the internal bulb and wiring from water and shock. This port light meets the required standards for navigation lights on boats up to 12 m, delivering the specified coverage and brightness for the port side. Thanks to its compact dimensions (80 x 58 x 38 mm), it can be easily installed on a flat deck surface or on the boat’s superstructure near the bow without taking up much space.
The unit comes with a factory-installed 12V/8W halogen bulb that provides ample brightness for immediate use. If desired, the halogen bulb can be swapped out for a compatible LED festoon bulb (not included) to reduce power draw and extend the lighting lifespan.
Recommended Use: This port (red) light should be used in tandem with a corresponding starboard (green) light to complete your vessel’s navigation light setup. Mount the red light on the port side (left side) of the bow or railing, ensuring its light sector is unobstructed by the boat’s structure. Suitable for powerboats and sailing vessels up to 12 m, this navigation light significantly enhances safety by making your boat visible and identifiable to others during night voyages.
