Our premium full outboard motor cover provides professional-grade protection for your entire engine – from the cowling down to the lower unit. It is crafted from a tough ATLAS™ marine polyester fabric (340 g/m²) that is both completely waterproof and UV-resistant. The inner side of the material has a soft, non-scratch finish to prevent any abrasion to your engine’s paintwork during use. All seams are reinforced and tape-sealed at the factory to ensure no water can seep through, and a large side zipper (heavy-duty #10 nylon) with a strengthened lining allows you to easily slip the cover on and off even big engines. Once zipped, the cover encases the motor snugly, shielding it from harsh weather, salt spray, dust, bird droppings and more.

- Weatherproof Protection: The fabric is specially treated to withstand intense sun exposure and heavy rain. This cover will safeguard your outboard during long outdoor storage – perfect for winter lay-up or keeping your boat on a mooring through the season.
- Complete Coverage: Unlike cowling-only covers, this product envelops the entire outboard engine, including the mid-section and lower leg. This ensures full protection of the powerhead, the exhaust housing, and even the prop area from environmental damage and small impacts.
- Easy Installation: Simply slip the cover over the top of the engine and zip it down the side – there’s no need to remove the motor from the boat. A stretchable hem band hugs the lower unit. Larger sizes include tie-down straps or cinch cords (varies by size) to secure the cover firmly, preventing it from coming loose even in strong winds.
- Universal Size Range: We offer 10 distinct sizes to cover virtually every outboard model. For example:
- Code 46.538.01: Fits engines up to 3.5 HP (approx. cover height 98 cm, circumference ~126 cm). Ideal for small portables on dinghies.
- Code 46.538.02: Fits 3.5–6 HP outboards (small kicker motors, inflatable boat engines).
- Code 46.538.03: Fits 8–20 HP (common on 3–5 m fishing boats).
- Code 46.538.04: Fits 9.9–30 HP (covers popular 9.9, 15, 20, 25 HP engines on 3.5–5 m boats).
- Code 46.538.05: Fits 25–60 HP (for mid-size RIBs and runabouts ~5–6 m).
- Code 46.538.06: Fits 30–90 HP (covers up to ~100 HP, typically for boats 5.5–7 m).
- Code 46.538.07: Fits 70–150 HP (suitable for larger RIBs/boats 6–8 m with V4/V6 motors).
- Code 46.538.08: Fits 135–250 HP (for powerful V6 outboards up to about 250 HP).
- Code 46.538.09: Fits 200–350 HP, standard height (~198 cm) – ideal for most V6/V8 motors up to 300 HP with standard shaft length.
- Code 46.538.10: Extra-tall version for 225–350 HP (extended height ≈210 cm) – designed for engines with extra-long shafts or raised mounting, giving additional coverage length.
- Recommendations: Always fit the cover over a dry, clean engine. For prolonged storage, ensure the zipper is fully closed and any drawstrings or straps are tightened to eliminate gaps. This full-length motor cover is excellent for winterizing your boat, for highway towing (secure with additional straps if needed), and for keeping your engine pristine when moored outside.
