100x100x2mm AISI304 Stainless Steel Hinge – Large Heavy-Duty Hinge

This large stainless steel hinge measuring 100x100x2 mm (when open, its two leaves form a perfect square) is designed for the most demanding onboard applications. Thanks to its substantial width, it distributes weight evenly and provides exceptional stability for bulky hatches and doors. The AISI304 steel construction ensures resistance to rust under normal marine conditions and a long service life.

Applications:

• Heavy Deck Hatches: Perfect for large deck openings – for example, engine room hatches or yacht storage bay covers – where the lid is heavy and requires strong support. This hinge offers reliable holding power and smooth motion for the cover without bending or twisting.
• Large Doors and Panels: Suitable for oversized cabin entry doors, big locker doors, or folding platforms (such as drop-down transom gates) where standard small hinges would not withstand the stress.
