Typically, installation requires a round cutout about 50 mm in diameter and three or four small screws to secure it from the backside. Once installed, the handle’s surface sits nearly flush with the surrounding deck or panel – no protruding pieces to bump into or snag on. The center features a circular ring that lies flat. When you need to open a hatch or lid, you press on the ring – it pops up enough to grab so you can pull the hatch open. A spring mechanism (if included) helps the handle retract automatically when you let go of the ring.
