Desalination System is a specialized desalination flushing system designed to purge salt and mineral deposits from marine engines and equipment. If you operate your boat in saltwater, flushing the engine’s cooling system with fresh water after each use is critical to prevent salt corrosion. This system takes engine flushing to the next level by introducing a salt-dissolving solution into the water stream, ensuring a more thorough cleaning than water alone.

It easily connects to a standard garden hose and attaches to your outboard’s flush port or flushing earmuffs. A conveniently located toggle switch lets you control the flow: you can switch between pure water for an initial rinse and a mixture of water and desalting solution for a powerful cleanse. By flushing with the desalination solution (available separately), you effectively remove accumulated salt crystals from inside the engine’s cooling channels, exhaust manifolds, and other metal parts. Regular use keeps your engine running cooler, prolongs its service life, and wards off corrosion damage caused by salt.

Beyond engine maintenance, this versatile system can also be used to wash salt spray off other marine surfaces. When connected to the optional cleaning kit (sold separately), it becomes a handy tool for rinsing down your boat’s hull (fiberglass or inflatable), trailer, engine cowling, fishing gear, or canvas covers. The integrated regulator ensures you can apply the cleaning solution evenly, then switch back to fresh water for a final rinse, leaving every surface salt-free.
