SmartPlug Shore Power Inlet – Female Connector (16A/32A, 230V)

This SmartPlug shore power inlet is designed to replace the old-style round “twist-lock” shore connector on your boat with a modern, safer solution. It installs easily on your vessel’s hull, using the same screw hole footprint, so no new drilling is required. The SmartPlug system offers several key improvements: a much larger electrical contact surface, a secure multi-point locking mechanism, and integrated thermal protection. As a result, your shore power connection stays cool and stable even under full load for extended periods. The inlet is available in a 16A version (single-phase, up to ~3.6 kW) and a 32A version (single-phase, up to ~7.2 kW), both for standard 230V AC. The inlet’s cover and housing are made of top-quality materials – with options for a stainless steel lid or durable polymer – and feature robust gaskets to prevent water intrusion.

There’s no need to align and twist as with old connectors; the SmartPlug clicks in immediately, with locking levers at the top and bottom securing it in place.
