Small hinges (length ~60 mm, width 30–40 mm, thickness ~1.5 mm): Suitable for small hatches, tool boxes, electrical panels, and tight spaces. For example, 60x30 mm or 60x35 mm hinges can support console covers or small cabinet doors, providing them with smooth motion and secure attachment.
Medium hinges (length ~60 mm, width 45–50 mm, thickness ~2 mm): These slightly larger and thicker hinges – e.g., 60x45 mm or 60x50 mm – are ideal for heavier doors and hatches that see regular use. They offer a larger mounting area and higher load capacity, which is essential for bench seats, medium deck hatches, or cabinet doors in the cabin.
