This support roller bracket is a metal arm used to attach the side support (wobble) rollers to the trailer at the proper angle. It allows the rollers to be positioned in a way that supports the boat’s sides and self-adjusts to the hull’s inclination during loading. The bracket is made of heavy steel and protected with a galvanized coating to prevent rust in wet and salty environments – perfect for use on a boat trailer.
There are two versions of this holder to meet different needs:
– 310 mm length, 120 mm height (code 03545-31): a shorter bracket, suitable for mounting points that require greater roller height. For example, this size can be used toward the front of the trailer or for smaller boats where the rollers need to sit higher relative to the frame.
– 400 mm length, 100 mm height (code 03545-40): a longer bracket, ideal for wider boats or for mounting further back on the trailer where more outward reach is needed. The reduced height compensates for the longer arm, maintaining the correct support angle.
Both brackets feature a Ø16 mm shaft on which the support rollers are mounted. Typically, two rollers are installed on one bracket – one on the left side and one on the right – forming a wobble mechanism. This allows the rollers to tilt and rotate slightly independently, conforming to the hull’s shape as the boat is loaded. As a result, pressure on the hull is distributed evenly and the boat is automatically guided to the center of the trailer.
- Dual Roller Support: each bracket holds 2 support rollers, providing support on both sides of the hull for improved stability
- Self-Adjusting Angle: the wobble design lets the rollers tilt to match the boat’s form, reducing stress on any single point and hugging the hull securely
- High Durability: robust steel construction withstands the weight and impacts from the boat (even larger vessels) without bending
- Corrosion-Resistant: the bracket is galvanized to resist rust and weather, greatly extending its service life even with constant water exposure
- For Medium & Large Boats: the two size options cover a wide range – from mid-sized boats (~5 m) to larger vessels that require custom positioning of support rollers for optimal hull support
