Brass Fuel Selector Valve for 2 Tanks (3-way, Ø6.35mm)
The three-way fuel selector valve allows boat owners with two fuel tanks to choose which tank feeds the engine with a simple turn of a lever. This model is designed for hoses with a 6.35 mm (1/4") inner diameter, a standard size for many outboard and some inboard fuel systems. The solid brass construction ensures the valve resists rust and corrosion even with constant exposure to fuel and a damp marine environment.
The valve has three connection ports: two fuel inlets (from Tank 1 and Tank 2) and one outlet to the engine. The internal mechanism is designed such that at each lever position, one tank is fully open to the engine while the other is completely shut off. Switching tanks is done by rotating the handle; the built-in detents (“click” stops) give confidence that the desired tank is precisely selected and open.
Thanks to its full-bore design and smooth internal channel, the valve introduces virtually no flow restriction – your engine receives the necessary fuel without starvation, regardless of which tank is active. The brass body is sturdy and durable, handling vibrations and temperature changes with ease. For installation, the valve can be securely mounted in the fuel compartment so that its lever is easily accessible for switching.
