These fuel tanks ranging from 58 L to 180 L are designed for fixed installation in a boat’s hull, providing a reliable gasoline supply at a relatively low weight. Made from cross-linked polyethylene, they are exceptionally resistant to the chemical effects of gasoline (and other petroleum products) – their walls do not degrade or crack from prolonged fuel contact. Certification to ISO 21487 and the CE/RINA marks mean each model has passed the strength, leak-proofing, and fire-safety tests required for onboard use. This gives you confidence that the tanks can be safely used in enclosed compartments of a vessel.

The design of these tanks includes all necessary fittings for easy integration into your fuel system. On the top, an integrated vent (16 mm diameter) automatically releases air and vapors – preventing the build-up of overpressure when temperature rises or vacuum when fuel is drawn out. The main fuel feed outlet is a brass elbow fitting (90°) with 3/8" female thread, suitable for standard fuel hoses; it’s positioned for convenient connection to your engine or fuel filter. In addition, tanks in this series have a factory-prepared second opening – sealed with a cap – which can be utilized to install a secondary fitting if needed. This is especially useful if you wish to add a second fuel line (for example, for a second engine, a generator, or a bypass to a polishing filter system).

All models are ready for a fuel level sender. On their top surface there is a standard port/flange where a float gauge or electronic sensor (not included) can be easily mounted. This way, you can monitor the remaining fuel directly from your control panel. Depending on the specific model, the geometry of the tank is optimized for different spaces – some are lower and wider to fit under deck floors (flat under-deck design), while others are taller and narrower to sit in keel recesses or slim engine compartments.

  • 58–69 L tanks: These are the more compact models of the series, ideal for small to mid-sized boats where a moderate fuel reserve is needed without taking up too much space. For example, a 58-liter tank is suitable for a 4–5 m boat with an engine ~50–70 HP, providing fuel for several hours of operation. Due to their small dimensions, these tanks can be installed in shallow compartments or under seats.
  • 99–120 L tanks: The mid-range capacities, fitting for boats around 6–7 m or RIBs with more powerful engines (100–150 HP). About 100–120 L of fuel gives you all-day outings or medium-distance cruises before needing to refuel. These tanks often have a flat, broad profile that allows them to sit low in the hull, under the cockpit floor or inside center consoles.
  • 134–180 L tanks: The larger models of the series, suited for bigger motorboats and yachts (~7–8+ m) or long-range cruisers. A capacity of 150+ liters is enough for extended trips, long fishing expeditions, or high-performance boats with big fuel appetites, providing you with greater autonomy. Installing these tanks is facilitated by reinforced mounting points; moreover, the material absorbs some of the engine’s vibration and noise, contributing to quieter operation.

Overall, the 58–180 L cross-linked polyethylene tanks represent an excellent compromise between capacity and weight. They provide the security of a certified product that is easy to install and maintain. The absence of corrosion means less worry over time – there’s no need for internal or external protective coatings. Simply install the tank, connect the hoses, and enjoy trouble-free performance of your fuel system.
