The BF200D’s 3.6L V6 engine has been upgraded (2024) to increase torque by about 6%. It incorporates a Progressive V-Form cover for better aerodynamics and water shedding. Lean Burn Control and BLAST deliver both economy and quick hole-shot performance. The engine uses Honda’s AMP+ system to boost idle charging, and features NMEA 2000 connectivity for data integration. A 90A alternator ensures abundant electrical power. The gearcase is redesigned for extreme duty with a 2.00:1 reduction (supporting large props).
